In my perspective a truly Cloud OS is something that would work on the top of Internet or directly on the top of the WEB (HTTP5). As an example of what this could be we have the Palm webOS (http://www.cloudviews.org/2009/01/squeeze-the-cloud-to-fit-into-your-hand/) I’ve to admit that I’m a little disappointed with the Jolicloud.
